Dave I for one do NOT believe that there is a better plan. However, the current debate by our worthy politicians appears to be about who is or who was more humane. And what a marvellous debate it is, when is a child behind bars better off? When it is dying in its village, when its dying in a concentration camp in its home land; when it is in a concentration camp in Indonesia or when it is in a concentration camp on Christmas island?
Let’s spend some more money and time trying to help these poor buggers were ever they come from and less time proving which party is the more humane.
