Just trying to get some ideas for a mate of mine. He owns a 500 sqm block opposite UQ at St Lucia. Would it be best to develop or sell? Holding isnt really an option as the block isnt producing income. Again just looking for some ideas on what you would be doing, especially any clever ideas about what type of dwellings to build, the area now has covenants on height after the last Brisbane floods.
