Drillmar reports positive well logs from the Bruni-Slaughter #1 well


Houston, Texas - June 12, 2008

Drillmar Oil & Gas, Inc announced that the Bruni-Slaughter #1 well in Starr County, Texas reached a total depth of approximately 5,000 feet on June 10th, 2008. The well was targeting Queen City sands which appear productive from several zones from electric logs. The well is currently awaiting flow test and completion. Drillmar has an approximately 45 percent working interest and operates the well.

Furthermore, Hasting Lopez #1, also in Starr County, has been put on production while Hasting Lopez #2 is currently being tested. The Company also announced a successful test in the 9,050 sand in the Wadsworth # 1 well in Matagorda County while the 8,800 zone tested unproductive. Furthermore, there are additional sands between those two zones that appear productive from electric logs. Finally, the exploratory T Bourque well in Iberville Parish, Louisiana will be plugged and abandoned after final test was unproductive.
