Weekly Fundamental and Technical Analysis Prospects - Week Starting 23th June 2014 (No. 120)

Here’s this week’s FA and TA List. The newer items first and those carried forward from last week towards back of list (some of the items from last week have a time horizon of more that one week). All listed market caps are undiluted (and do not include escrowed shares) (Note: Max time for any entry on list will be 4 weeks after which time it will be removed).

Important Note: Remember just because it appears on the list does not necessarily mean it will rise in price... it may actually fall or do nothing. So it is critical that you perform detailed research on each stock first and make your own mind up to whether invest or not. I suggest you run a stop-loss at all times when trading/investing. How tight your stops are depends on your threshold to risk and financial pain. Lastly I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided as I do not have the time to research all the facts that have been provided. Best of Luck.!

    Weekly Fundamental Analysis Prospects
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ADD - Leisure - Tourist Attractions in SE Qld and USA. [23/06/2014]
People are already thinking why someone would include a stock that is priced at approx 2.70 in a STT list, but this is one that is looking just a bit further on than the month that the tips last. This one is more for those who want to buy going into the Aug-Sep reporting season with strong results. It may not make you the 4000% that Fib achieved with PSY, but a good 20-50% over coming months - maybe more - is not out of the question, especially in a stock that doesn't go off the boil and out of favour after a week.AAD has been expanding its business over the past few years to include Main Event amusement centres across Texas, USA, as well as incorporating health gyms (Goodlife) in Australia. The other big money spinner has been Dreamworld on the Gold Coast. With a strong weather season, which has still lasted up until last week, money has been flowing into the company. The AUD parity may hurt the company with its Queensland venture somewhat, but not in the US, as its amusement centres continue to attract interest. Price has been on a steady incline over the past year, hitting an all-time high of 2.80 a fortnight ago. Retraces a few percent over the coming days before pushing through and making a new high. 2.65 is the first pivot point, so watch the bounce of that level.

TGR - Food supply company. [23/06/2014]
eople are already thinking why someone would include a stock that is priced at almost 4.00 in a STT list, but this is one that is looking just a bit further on than the month that the tips last. This one is more for those who want to buy whilst the SP is being squeezed in both directions, with a track record of always breaking to to upside, going into the Aug-Sep reporting season with strong results. It may not make you the 4000% that Fib achieved with PSY, but a good 20-50% over coming months - maybe more - is not out of the question, especially in a stock that doesn't go off the boil and out of favour after a week. Food is one of those products that is an essential element in life, especially as wars and conflict arise. Consumers don't tend to give up the stuff in order to live, and will cut other expenses. TGR's recent company presentation has highlighted a five-to-10-year plan for the company (http://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-ubs-food-agribusiness-conference-present.2257232/) Strong cashflow position, and gearing debt is also decreasing. Company focus has been the Australian domestic market, especially supplying the big two supermarkets. Oh, and it pays a small dividend

    DMG - Shell Company [23/06/2014]
Cashed up shell with big asset vend-in under being assessed. For a cashed up shell with big time management looking for a flagship asset to vend-in. Acquisition will be resources - probably nickel. Head of DMG is one rich bastard - Robert Gardner, a well known and successful long term prospector of the Mark Creasy ilk. If you've heard of Wingstar Investments, That's Robert Gardner. Robert Gardner just bought, personally, the majority of Norilsk Nickel's Australian nickel-cobalt portfolio. PAA - Biotech [20/06/2014]
I can't really be bothered going into too much detail but just look at past PAA ASX released announcements in particular the Feb 2014 investor presentation on one of the slides towards the end it has a timeline of upcoming milestones to expect. Still 2/3 milestones due to be delivered in quarter 2, 2014. Trial in Dogs and in humans is underway and i believe initial report is due by end of quarter 2 and there's only a few trading days left in quarter 2 obviously. Could be a bit behind schedule but still lots to look forward to because there is also a lot of newsflow planned for quarter 3. Been a lot of soaking on the heads and options for ages with lots of stock changing hands which i also take as a positive sign. I've been going on about Pharmaust for a while just like I went on about Triton for a while

DRK - Copper gold nickel and zinc [20/06/2014]
Three projects involving copper gold nickel and zinc 156 million shares, 1 million cash, 20c stock watch the progress. I'm amazed reading into three projects recently. Very tightly held register, only 170m shares even after recent CR. Cash is almost 1m with very nice projects under the belt. New gold assays from Seimana- Guinea and planned drilling, Gold assays any day are expected by Mid May. Drilling planned for Seimana gold and Lokken and Nordgruva Copper projects. Progress on Joma copper / zinc production. Heating up, drilling to start on 5 projects in couple of months

Market Cap $5m Cash $1.5mTop 5 shareholders hold 80% so very tightly held Fallen from grace last year after its lead Bauxite project Pisolite Hills which was moving towards production and had offtake agreements in place was placed in a mining ban area. Company is pushing ahead with its secondary project Bauxite Hills which is fairly advanced and has a PFS already completedhttp://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20121211/pdf/42bw2p3bsjwy5v.pdfCompany has the support and backing of major shareholder MTE who has pledged to use its cash reserves to assist in project development. Given the huge rerating of QBL over the past few weeks and the many similarities the 2 companies seem to share, similar tight share structures, favourable locations to port and infrastructure, shallow near surface deposits amenable to free digging and so low cost mining and extraction.CBX might be well positioned for a large rerating too

PLS - Tantalum in Pilbara [17/06/2014]
Used in electronics, mainly capacitors. Current holdings expanded and include production and off takes in place."The project is forecast to generating EBITDA of $16 million and life-of-mine revenue of $30.2 million for a pre-start-up capital cost of $3.9 million, of which over $1.5 million has already been spent (see ASX Announcement – 19 February 2014)".“Work is already well advanced on a number of fronts at Tabba Tabba, with the approvals process nearing completion and the processing plant 95% complete,” Mr Biddle said. “We are on track to begin commissioning in mid-August, which will enable us to start generating cash flow – providing a clear pathway to production and strong foundation for the Company’s future.“Combined with the recent acquisition of the substantial Pilgangoora Project, Pilbara Minerals now has a substantial strategic metals portfolio located in the heart of the Pilbara region – located close to Port Hedland and with excellent logistics and infrastructure access.“The cash flow generated by the Tabba Tabba Project will allow us to execute the next steps of our growth strategy – including exploration and development at Pilgangoora and progressing other growth opportunities in the region.”

Given the QBL train going on at the moment, I had a look at the other Bauxite plays. Bauxite is current seeing price increases due to the Indo ban (like nickel). Bauxite plays have yet to really react (except QBL).Fundamental - Current BAU has an EV of MINUS $12m. Market cap around $29m with $41m cash. The have 100% deposits as well as JV tenements. Current resources of around 150mt attributable to BAU. Grade seems higher than QBL and less Silica.

    TME - Online Auction [12/06/2014]
NZ's version of eBay and domain combined in one with a few other online sites (dating etc). Currently trading at around 12 month lows, follows some disquiet amongst real estate agents around a new listing fee structure. Long term, the structure is a money spinner for TME and the real estate site is the number 1 online real estate website in NZ, so agents will have little option to fall into line if they are to act in their clients best interests. Traded at around $3.80 only a few weeks back and won't take much to move quickly. Significant expenditure has been made over the last 12 months around marketing which is expected to produce string growth moving forward. June 30 results are to be released which will be enlightening, paying a nice dividend also at around 5%

TAS - IOCG project near Olympic Dam, SA [12/06/2014]
TAS' shareholding in EDE is worth its entire market cap. Announced the other day that multiple major mining houses are looking to farm into its IOCG project near Olympic Dam - presumably BHP and another major. AS holds $5.5 million worth of EDE shares TAS has $2 million cash TAS has no debt TAS is capitalised at $5.4 million! Seems like the perfect tech-resources combined play... if any of EDE's technologies take off, and revenues are growing, then TAS gets rerated like CSE with its big SYR holding. Also exposure to global scale IOCG exploration with major backing next to Olympic Dam. This is the announcement from 6th June - could see big upside, in anticipation of a deal and once a deal is signed - BHP, OZL, SFR, IGO etc

TSV - Oil and Gass in WA & Canada [11/06/2014]
They have a gigantic unconventional land position in Canada, over 100k acres in various plays. Anyway they have 25k acres for sale and the process ends 12June, recent and close land sales have gone for up to $2000 acre, you get the picture $2,000x25,000 = $50mil, fair markup on current MC imo. Further they have a $100mil Farmin in WA from Alcoa for the Warro project, ann due anytime now whether Alcoa will continue to fund the next round of drilling. Don’t see how they cant really given the Northe West Shelf are refusing to supply dom Gas after 2020 which pretty much kills Alcoa in this state. They gotta get the gas from somewhere aye. Anyway someone decided to hit the offer today after many many months of stagnation so it might be time this dog was let out for a run. its at 0.003 at the moment, went to 5c last time they drilled

Recent capital raise from new option issue...... expecting some back up news re: Government regulations to get them trading. Reasonable number of shares and options. The catalyst is government regulatory decisions regarding exploration guidelines. Also farm out activity news update due.The Karoo Basin, which extends across 600,000 km2 is located in central and southern South Africa and contains organic rich shales of Permian age with combined thickness up to 5000 feet. The focus for shale gas exploration is in the southern portion of the basin where the shales are at sufficient depth and where five wells, all pre 1970, intersected the shales with significant gas shows. One well, the Cranemere CR 1/68 well, flowed more than 8 MMcf/day of natural gas from the Fort Brown shale during testing over a 158 feet interval in 1968. The production was judged to be from fractures and secondary porosity in the shales. As first mover, Bundu (CEL) selected its application area of approximately 1 million acres to be centred around this well

Pacific Andes held a big enough stake in the company, and have recently sold off, seeing a director go from the board. The price dropped all the way from $4.25 down to $3.50, before steadily climbing back up to current levels. VHL - Bio-pharmaceutical research and development investment [18/06/2014]
Fell off a cliff on open in Nov with a massive -87% decline down to 1.1c from 10c after a long period of suspension/ no trading??. Test of supply at 2c in Feb had a massive 36mil shares turnover which was the last opportunity for an out from any holders who went down. Since then a capped rally and a relentless squeeze has been applied to the remaining holders to test their faith to the limit down to a low recent low of .06c .Massive volume spikes since Mays tax selling and around the lows has IMO seen the last of the weak hands ousted. About time the accumulators who have scooped up approx +250mil shares ( that’s only rough counting the big bars)in the last mth tested the legs of their new dog. I can only estimate that they own it up to around 1.5c which was the low of the previous tested level. so wouldn't expect any heavier resistance to be seen until there in the ST. So not a bad first target area IMO. First sign of life today up 16% after 2 solid days of about 39mil volume closing on .007cCould be a slow grind or a fast gappy climb who knows but buckets of liquidity, + bagger upside with min downside potential as long as you deploy a realistic risk strategy apologies with so many nice charts around ATM this is a dog of a chart but has ST potential in my eyes
