I agree it does look like someone trying to build/enhance a position however looking at the buy/sell tables they are going to end up frustrated because we are all sitting tight and at these levels there are not the sort of numbers available to take/enhance a position.
If they are serious someone is going to have to do something dramatic to get numbers on the sell side.
