Sadly it looks like we're screwed with LUPIN in the near-term, due to dispute over who owns the PSMA-617 drug. So suddenly we're looking at a much longer timeframe to any registration trial, with CEP unexpectedly being promoted to lead drug candidate. That's why quite a bit more money is needed, though I at least think GK has done as well as he can for shareholders with the structure of the facility.
Given LUPIN looks like a wash, it's disappointing that DARRT isn't the lead candidate - given this is the method by which I understand GK was cured, I had high hopes for its success. But it would appear progress on the trials so far doesn't warrant it being placed ahead of CEP, which suggests the results aren't all that great.
Hope I'm wrong with my gloomy outlook, but trying to be the voice of realism here amongst the 'queue' of cheerleaders and haters.
