I actually find both sites quite useful, with both sites stating their product can be used long-term. I only quoted the VCR site before. The Heartware site says "The device has been designed for long term durability - providing the genuine prospect of "lifelong" therapy. "
Whatever stock you (or I) prefer, having a stake in both is the lowest risk option with in all likeliood one of them being worth multiples of the current price in 15 years. If we are lucky, both will be. Me, I took the high risk option and hold HTW.
