Thanks @Michael2 - Just my thoughts on the chart.

The chart reflects the market participants attitude to this stock, as it should. Bar 3 that I've labelled reflects the market attitude to another round of shares issued, this time I think for options expiring and being converted to shares. The reaction to that Bar 3 is somewhat subdued - see where that goes.
