    The last week's price action shows a recovery from the other week's low (of 0.20) to flirt with a previous resistance level at $0.23. This formed a new double top. Wednesday and Friday also saw spikes in trading volumes:

    With October over, the monthly chart shows contrasting trends of higher monthly lows accompanied with falling monthly volumes (since May):
