    spirit diversifying but they carry their wireless network that will have less attraction to the market as NBN fills in the last remaining metro gaps over the next few years and NBN services will be serious competitor. there is no great history over the past 10 years of Telcos/ISPs buying managed IT service providers and making a go of it.
