    The MRR growth has surprised me but I think it's mostly from acquisition. I think they would be a UWL target. My understanding was they had initial discussions but UWL announced things ahead of time and without Spirits knowledge and it killed it as Spirit wasn't ready or thought they had a growth phase coming. I could see Spirit looking a merge or buy out of some of the other smaller players or getting swallowed up.
