I'm a little confused by the exercise price for the options that expire in July 2019.
On the CAPITAL STRUCTURE, USE OF PROCEEDS AND PRO-FORMA STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION form it says:
Listed options issued to Spirit Vendors: 197,594,357
Exercise price: 3.9376 cents
Expiry: 31 July 2019
Total listed options: 223,272,153
Exercise price of 3.9376 cents
Expiry 31 July 2019
On the PRE-REINSTATEMENT DISCLOSURES form it says:
... and 197,594,357 options having an exercise price of 3.0376 cents and an expiry date of 31 July 2019...
Do we know which it is, or is it a typo on one of the two forms?
