I actually sold some last week, in full expectation that it would still be going up, because of a pressing financial commitment. Life just gets in the way sometimes. But my position is still larger than it was 2 months ago as I've been a net buyer from the March lows. I have a low holding cost on these so I remain a net buyer up to 25 cents, with an 18 month horizon (ie length of Coburn construction) should cash flow allow.

ksvs, I agree - Luke is outstanding. An exceptional manager, certainly for this stage of the project imo. He's an expert, he's careful, he's methodical, he's thorough; has done a remarkable job getting Coburn to this point - I had it sold off 3 years ago! And he's shown exemplary character to date.
