The hint was always in the market cap of the company.
$250 million for a company with project financials not yet finalised is probably a tad overdone.
I remember a time when an African project pre-finance would have been lucky to see $100 million.
Imho the fact this company does have such a high market cap pre-finance is a harbinger of whats to come as long as management fulfills their aims,for want of a better way to put it.
