    Could at least a small part of it be due to the throwaway lines in the Oz today?

    The following paragraph was preceded by some more negative GMG stuff:

    In fact, analysts say what remains will be split into three broad groups.

    The first will be the truly global trusts: Westfield, the world's largest shopping centre owner, and possibly Goodman, if it remains a public company. The second group will include Stockland and Mirvac, which have strong national presences in residential and non-residential sectors. Investors, especially those from offshore, look at them as a proxy forinvesting in the Australian property market.
