There's been strong money flow into OSL since 11/10/2019 as shown by the OBV indicator on the daily chart shown below. The second impulse up move hit the Fib 100% target at 17c before correcting and forming a new flag pattern. The SP broke out of this pattern last Friday on twice average volume and continued up today once again on twice average volume. The Fib 100% target for this third impulse up move is 24c. I can't see any reason why the SP shouldn't reach this level in the near term.
