Stoatgobbler thanks for the info. My rough calcs indicate that given the mid-May application date the expected approval should come through anytime from 07/08 to 04/09. So early September looks like a probable date for the CE approval.
The OSL chart is suggesting that an announcement is coming very soon (see daily chart below). The recent price action has created what I call a “Bottom Fishing Setup” (BFS). The SP is trading above the High-Volume Close of 09/08, short term downtrend resistance has been broken, and the WaveTrend indicator has turned up from an overbought level and is still heading higher. Some strong buying came in on 09/08 and 13/08 which set up the recent price action support level. There was some Very-High Volume buying back on 07/06 at the 19.5c level. This level may provide some resistance in the short term.
