    charts can also be self perpetuating - everyone sees that the chart is pointing up, so they buy and sent it up or vis'a'vis.

    Still very little interest being shown here today. Buyers are winning out by just sitting on their tails, waiting for the sellers, while sellers seem to be getting impatient.
