So you reckon it wouldn't make a difference to a predator if they offered $1 for all scrip after placement and rights issue . I mean the may get access to $74 million in cash but they would need to buy 290 million extra shares at $1 ..... Maybe my logic is screwy but NXS looks cheaper now for a predator than post rights .
