Denny, I hypothesize that the NXS shareprice will not drop as much as some people assume and will more than likely rise, post rights .
Would shareholders accept $1 ps now in a takeover but only 70 cents ps after to reflect the increased market cap/increased scrip . Nope, imo .

The shareprice has hardly budged in months, and I don't think it will drop substantially later . I won't accept a lower premium on my stock just because the rights will increase the market cap (if the shares hold their current range) .

Based on trying to convince holders that an on market takeover offer (based on shareprice premium) is attractive, an offer before rights/placement will have more chance of success and probably be cheaper to any predator .
