bello sorry buddy but what you just posted is completely wrong. ofcourse a takeover premium based on a per share basis will be lower after a dilution. that is commonsense and basic mathematics. in the end of the day the share price doesnt matter as much as the market cap of the company and the percentage of it that you control (ie no. of shares). it doesnt matter what you 'feel' etc because most investors use maths and if a good offer is made and the big fellas like it they will sell and you will be forced to sell to if the buyer gets majority control.
that being said, post cap raising a lot of the main risk in nxs (financial) has been removed so that will increase the value of the company in the eyes of the market and hence might very well attract higher bids if any do come.
i still dont think a TO is going to happen anytime soon. and really i dont want it to either since i want to realize the whole value of nxs assets myself all the way through to production.
anyway, i suggest you buy a book on basic finance, share investing and have a read.
