stacked or informed buying ????

Yesterday i was a little worried about this stock as the was one buyer for 500K at 17cents and another for 300K at 16.5. There was suggestion that there could be some stacking. The buyer stood his ground and was reduced from 500K down to 120K. Either the same buyer or another buyer has then come in again for another 500K at the same level. Approx another 200K has been place on at 16.5 and 16.0 cents at around about the same time.
Volume seems very thin. Its almost as though this person doesnt really want the stock but is happy to just sit there and hold forcing others to buy higher. According to my charts the break point is around the 18 cent mark. Doesnt look like they are prepare to push it through that barrier though. Any thoughts
