the grey " lid " that you commented on is actually a " security collar device " attached to all tins to prevent theft by shoplifters and is removed by the store staff at the checkout register!!!!
A2 infant formulae has along with razor blades and batteries been identified amongst the highest theft categories in the major chain stores.
Hope this helps and I'm not trying to pick on you as I do enjoy reading your posts and have done so since I became a SH when I bought my first lot around $2.60's.
