It is absurd to think that somebody would base an investment decision based on this. However it is a useful piece of information to add to the rest of the information. Remember BAL tanked from whatever it was $16 ish to $3ish due to inventory issues. Maybe if people were doing the same then to BAL and looking at creation dates they could have got out.
