Here what you're saying @Hokusai but the point is that all holders that are posting their pictures are together formulating data that somewhat becomes of value to determine the demand and supply.
One store picture on one day means nothing but a picture of 100 stores from multiple different days and it doesn't give you the full picture but it might start to give you an idea.
Imho when we start seeing the newly labelled stage 2 and 3 it will tell a much bigger picture.
