I have the same experience with regular milk compared to a2 and it’s so obvious that it does indeed go down better in the gut. I feel that, while there is good research and studies conducted around the benefits of a2, it’s like there is an opposite hidden anti study of why a1 is alright and just sets us back, trying to discount the benefits of a2 and even going so far as to reject the claims, probably made by people who don’t have a sensitivity to a1 and don’t understand. Well, of course they would think that. It’s like someone who can stomach gluten discounting gluten free products because it makes no difference to them. I realise there’s probably more conclusive science behind that, but how well received was that when it first became known?
