Nice and realistic. The only thing I disagree on is the UK. I know JH shares your view on the UK, but I have always seen it as a strategic entry into Europe - eventually as the brand grows we would all like to be a strong seller in Europe. Most of the hard work in the UK is done and we have gradually been growing- I would view exiting the UK as a backward step and an opportunity for a competitor to step in and ride on the back of our hard work and spend there. Although I do concede that it would be great for a2's profitability to exit.
