Thank you for sharing all the photos, they are very encouraging! Its safe to say there are no old label stage 1 left hence all the new labeled ones everywhere. Once I see new stage 3 hits stores everywhere then its safe to say the transition is over. Stage 4 is only a small part of the market so doesn't really matter. Most places I checked stage 4 is still December production date.
