Picture taken at around 10pm, 5/5/2018 at World Square, Sydney (City). Coles staff are restocking the formula shelves. Discussions between Daigous at the aisle -  that it was less stressful for them to be out and about to get formula at this time of the night, as parents with babies/children tend not to be around and about to "fight" with them to grab stock. By my understanding the compliance of 4 tins are not enforced around this time of the night. The store tends to enforce them when someone complains to management. They looked like they had a system going in any case. One person stands outside and they go in and grab them and come out and then repeat the cycle. There's alot of traffic at this Coles and the trollies get locked at the borders of the stores.
