Hard crowd to please.
Not many companies out there have $1 billion contracts. And contracts that size take investment to deliver on!!
My take, is they've spent the money and set up the infrastructure to deliver (and they have) on such a massive project and now they are set up to reap the rewards in the coming years.
If you think you can do better out there....sell. Many others are! These guys seem very solid to me....and solid is very good in unstable times!
