I don't believe the stadium deal has been factored in just yet tiger. The announcement will be made before the start of the 2018 AFL season so there will be another 2 quarterly reports before then.
The 5 year returning to craft strategy is hitting its targets and our summer quarters are just around the corner where bigger results will be expected. I believe the current share price is a reflection of this and still good value.
If you decide to jump on best of luck and I feel the returns will be better then our TSN play short term.
