Checking Venueslive and the tender closed back in June, I had read in an article they expect to know in September, but for the life of me I can't find that article to reference so I can't back up that comment with any evidence. Open day by the government is in January and they are pushing for an AFLW game in February, Ed Sheeran is early March so I also believe we will hear about the tender results in the next two months given that timeline.

As for it being factored into price - GRB has been undervalued for some time, investors have waited for results to become consistent and building into the summer there is renewed enthusiasm for them to further improve. If there is no news flow I'm inclined to think price will slowly dip back to high 4s which might be the better entry point, of course that's gambling that there is no stadium announcement / deal
