Reading the article that it was a two horse race, I suspect that 3 weeks or so ago when the buying started was when maybe they were told it was as such and asked to provide extra information - eg 'Can you produce a mid strength lager? do you have a cider?' just extra assurances.
Great news and definately worth celebrating, not only for GRB shareholders but for Perth Stadium and WA industry. No wonder Mark Mcgowan was up and about to announce the news!

Adelaide by 23, Tom Lynch for Norm Smith.
I now have a target price of 12 - 15c by April for GRB, by that time we have stadium in full operation and full summer results.
Get around it, get amongst it - good times ahead.
