Don't forget the 200euro/month ($250ish/month) fee. If your electricity bill is normally above that then it looks a good proposition. If not, it looks harder to justify based on this press release.
My guess is there will be many different ownership models running from outright purchase through to a rental arrangement like this one. FiTs, maintenance, applicable legislation etc will all influence decisions to install a Bluegen. It could be quite messy which could be a turn-off in itself.
