staff and director leaving

In addition to the staff leaving CNX in the last couple of weeks, at least 1 director has now announced his "retirement" from CNX on 1 June (http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20120413/pdf/425lwlynhxpbm5.pdf). Kim Robinson is joining Energia (partly owned by CNX) where there is some cash to keep paying directors salaries for a few months. I do not recall any CNX announcement about this.
