Not surprised - anyone who has ever dealt with this company could have told you that.
Sending out equipment that they know doesn't work, then having to take it all back (at their cost) for replacement with a re-badged Netcomm box that DID work. The average telephone punter (i.e. their customer base) would have little chance of getting Engin working unassisted, and their customer service is a joke.
Add to that the fact that they are working in a competitive, high call volume, low margins environment....
I always thought the entire Engin operation was just someone's idea of a tax writeoff...lol
