Transporting product and the product

Tectonic will use Port of Esperance to export the product. Tectonic will mine a product that produces lead sulphite. The products will produce bulk concentrate predominately zinc and lead, pure lead concentrate and pure zinc concentrate.





What will the Staff numbers be for Tectonic Resources?

· Around 120 employees for the Mill Construction which will take approximately 12 months

· Open Pit Mining which will take off concurrent with the Mill Construction and will virtually continue right thru to the full life of the project, and envisage 50 employees associated with it

· Underground Mining will utilise approximately 50 employees

· May well have a peak work force of 150 employees

· During construction and in real terms approximately 120 employees



Where will Tectonic Resources employ from?



Steve feels Tectonic is in a position where they would prefer a ‘Residential work force’ but will make the opportunity open to the employee to make their own choice to either live locally or elsewhere. At the moment it is hard to say what the future will be.
