know one person one of their really good valued workers who hasn't had leave for nearly 18mths.
she's about ready to drop dead or pay a vist to her local doctor to get forced long time off work for her own health.
it starting to really stress all the other staff out as well and the changeover to the NBN and associated work involved also not helping.
TLS OUGHT BEST TO START GRANTING LEAVE OR GOOD STAFF WILL BE WALKING OUT THE DOOR
