well if "your friend" doesn't want her job she should do the right thing and leave so someone deserving can have it instead of getting you to whinge and moan about it here.
If you want to help "your friend" then draft up her letter of resignation and get over it.
Anyway what's wrong with your friend? If she can't do anything for herself and relies on you to post here boring us to death then she's not the sort of employee I'd want working for me.
