Wonder if this was on the radar when IAU recruited Scott Lowe (SL)? Find it strange that the NewCo will need both a Chairman and a Deputy Chairman. Surely one of them needs to go. The merged entity will still be a small player and cannot see how this is justified. Also note that SL will look after Business Development. Hopefully this doesn't mean they will go and chase all sorts of new deals instead of delivering on Kitumba.
