Playing roulette seems pointless if you are happy with the
fundamentals.
I'm happy to stay here.
At least they pay 1/4erly so SP strength will return.

CROMWELL Property Group is expected to settle on its purchase of the Energex Building in Brisbane early this month. Cromwell, which purchased the building from Queensland builder FKP Group for $173m last year, was reportedly due to settle transaction on Tuesday. The settlement date has been extended to July 10. Cromwell has launched a syndicate -- its first since 2003 -- to hold the asset. In March, it launched the Cromwell Riverpark Trust to raise $91m.
