Certainly the LAMP, has to be completed and acknowledged by Lynas as finished, to their satisfaction, and to their interpretation, but the discrepancy arises when the 'GOALPOSTS CHANGE' to quote the CEO.
After Lynas has finished the LAMP, the AELB need to sign it off as complying to the new conditions.
i certainly do not want more delays after delays arising, due to 'NOT MEETING THE STANDARDS' well enough, so then Lynas has to go back and refine a few things, and a few more etc, etc, which, this to me, is what i see as an orchestrated delay tactic.
hopefully this will not occur, and all will be sorted out once and for all soon.
