jason: What makes you assume they are slow-walking this? It is costing them something like $10 million a month to do virtually nothing now as they wait. Seems they would go just as fast as possible. Hopefully, they will have a real celebration with all the world media at LAMP when the dedication ceremony takes place. If you mean just finishing construction of Phase I, they can't really do any celebrating until word on TOL as to do so probably would be seen as kind of "in your face" to Malaysia.
