Couple of mildly interesting things in this one.
Firstly prices holding reasonably steady. Higher on all fronts from the beginning of the year.
Still broadly in line with PFS assumptions. Most likely FOB conversion more and inclusion of silica and other mineral credits unknown, might still be too early in the piece, regardless if they are getting operating costs headed towards Stage 1, Year 1 Base case of US$3ish, there will be still be plenty of cash to be made going forward.
Discount between 44% and 37% varies a fair amount, anywhere between 6% or 7% and close to 15%. As I understand it "37%" covers 35-39 so probably not much different for 32-33%.Who knows what kind of deal was done. Some kind of long term average at a guess but we may never know! 15% discount to 44% still feels about right over the long run.
Last sentence....pricing seller driven?? Bit of both maybe, market finds a levels where both happy perhaps.
