I can't see what your link is about but I had a look at Narrlusuk - whatever the spelling - Greenland Govt website - click a couple of links and found a titanium project that shows EIA/SIA approval and dates of 6 week period in 2017 - then and unknown why so long - it has that consultation progress to the public consultations current - now - that 8 week process but states delay regarding covid.

So with that it appears the 8 weeks of public consultations could well be delayed for which my extra couple of months and 6 month time frame may appear ambitious. Below that are following boxes to be finalized for exploitation license that appears in two phases.

Further down the bottom it writes about white papers and responses to public consultations and processes.

Anyway the titanium mine in question - at a similar stage to GGG is a very good example of what GGG has remaining for anyone wishing to look on the website.
