IMHO we don't need to be next better to have the right financing and off-take agreements in place. No point to build a mountain of ore that nobody wants. There's value in the Uranium but someone also has to be ready to process the next step from either ore or still liquidized in acid. PM8 can get the first mining prize if they want.

One thing I hadn't thought of earlier is that the strategy of shipping in acid is quite interesting in that the concentrate will still essentially leach while in transport. Although how exactly that's shipped I don't know, but if people can transport 98% sulphuric acid and the link I'm sure a lower acid concentration is also possible.
