Bloomberg published an article today, along the lines of shift from tech to cyclical stocks, once a vaccine is confirmed and in mass production.
Makes sense, right now everything is locked up.
And to open the spend on infrastructure at this very time, without virus control will cause problems.
But to get the economy back running and to create jobs, the construction in infrastructure is the best way forward.
