Hawk I’m prepared to be wrong, but as I read it the EPA site says the last round of ‘across the board ‘ public notices was on February 5.
None related to the MTMP.

Previous updates were released January 29, and previous to this on January 15, then back to January 5.
- To me this implies it aims for fortnightly releases on Mondays.
I really can’t see any February 8 updates, nor mention of David English making changes to the Ga banintha update from TMT (which is linked above) , submitted on November 15; and updated by the EPA on November 22:
