The EPA process has just been embarrassingly long for all involved, mainly the WA EPA, so honestly I would put no timeline on when anything is progressed.
Especially if ANY amendments are required, such as TMT changing to AVL, that is as likely as anything for the EPA to slot it at the bottom of a pile and stumble upon it again in 6 Months. Wish I was joking.
The best we can do now is put all resources into a final definitive bankable study that has a good opex and payback. Capex is going to be big but we're relying on WA to back this project.
Other dominos can fall from there, but does getting EPA approval for TMT's processing facility move the needle like it should if AVL haven't even finalized if that is where they want to process?
So EPA was, but for the moment isn't a big one for me.
Offtakes would help, but it's a waiting game with the integration work being 'in progress'.
Question, is Ian now just in a basic support role to feed his TMT knowledge to Wood Group, seeing as Graham has said they are taking care of the integration studies?
Pre merger we heard that an integration team was formed (Ian heading it up), but sounds like we're paying Wood Group for that instead?
