What a fiasco this merger has turned out to be for TMT holders. Today's news from the EPA showing stage 4 completed and only stage 5 remaining (ministerial sign off), surely would have meant so much to bolster the TMT share price, but alas the company has disappeared and AVL haven't even put out an announcement to suggest that anything has happened in the EPA space. Meanwhile, the AVL SP continues to drop, today to a three year low (1.7c), and there are more than three times as a many sell orders as buy orders queued. Maybe the lack of reaction from AVL means this EPA news is not being considered by them as significant - maybe they simply have other plans anyway, and they plan to shelve TMT's EPA documents. Overall, not much joy for remaining holders.
